Pre-sale service

We provide professional consultation service for our customer, according to customer’s asking question and providing us important information concerning material and requests, we will make a standard and comprehensive introduction about the performance of the equipment ,which makes sure customers have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment.
2. Concerning customer special requirements
According to customer's special requirements including providing us material performance,packaging and ingredients demand, workshop drawings, configuration requirements,costs, etc.,we will provide them with nonstandard products to meet their needs. If necessary,we'll assign professional and technical personnel to investigate the scene and issue some professional design proposals and blueprint in order to meet the requirements of customers systematically.Our professional engineers can modify the old equipment in the light of customers requirements to better meet the production needs of customers.

Sale service

1. Ensure equipment to run smoothly : We'll install and debug the packaging/ batching equipment ,which ensures the equipment runs safely and steadily. We provide customer technical training so that they can understand and master the operation and maintenance methods of the equipment, which makes sure the smooth operation of the equipment from all aspects.
2. Test materials and packaging bags ►Measure density of materials ► Grain-size analysis of materials ►Measurement of material fluidity and gasification characteristics ► air permeability test of packaging bags.

After-sale service

1.Preventive maintenance : we regularly maintain the equipment in order to prevent it from possible malfunction, which make the equipment run normally. We provide comprehensive training on maintenance and repair of equipment and components for customer.
2. Optimization for production and transportation during equipment operation : we'll assign professional technical personnel to check the equipment regularly , so as to ensure the equipment to run safely and steadily. Besides, customers can consult us by telephone concerning equipment worked with problems.
